South Panola AFJROTC defeated Kelly Walsh MCJROTC 2214.2 to 2182.2 last week in the National Air Rifle League. South Panola AFJROTC was led by Veronica Hernandez who shot a 566.7. The remaining contributing members were Aleria Lee, Zyonie White, Adrian Gonzalez, and Mathew Hickingbotton. They are from Batesville, MS, and are coached by Jordan Bailey.
Kelly Walsh MCJROTC was led by Treston Jiminez-Tandal who shot a 549.3. The remaining contributing members were Kaitlyn Trost, Abriela Parsons, Zackary Martinez, and Emmalie Graham. Kelly Walsh MCJROTC is from Casper, WY, and is coached by MGySgt Fred Pickering.
Next up South Panola AFJROTC will compete against Norview NJROTC from Norfolk, VA in the Championship game.
